Thank you for signing up for the Self-Care & Resiliency Training for Nurses. We are going to have so much fun together!

I don’t know about you, but I need occasional reminders to help me prepare before an event. With that in mind, please expect occasional email reminders from me about one month leading up to the event. For now, grab a pen and jot down the training days on your calendar. Also, if you live with someone (big and small), enlist their help by allowing you the time and space to enjoy yourself during the days of the training.

You can find everything you need to prepare for the training right here on this page. Including course hand-outs and links to the evaluations. I’ll be updating it as we get closer to the start date, and will remind you in future email communications how to prepare.

How can you prepare for the training?

Here’s a list of 11 important pieces of information you need to know before we get started!

Please note: I will be sending out emails leading up to the training.
Be sure to check your spam box if you have not received any emails from me.

      1. Take the Free Character Strengths Assessment and print out your result.

      2. Claim your self-care space to enjoy the training at home. Enlist your family’s help.

      3. Download PowerPoint slides. Feel free to print them out for the training, it’s perfect for your note-taking and creating your “Rockstar Resiliency Toolkit” (RRT).

      4. Fill out and submit the evaluation forms after each training day.  Completion and submission of these documents are part of your contact hour requirements for the training.

      5. Program times are 8:30am – 3:00pm. We will be taking many breaks during the program.

      6. Zoom is the platform we will use for this training. Come prepared to have your video camera on. We want to see you during this program.

      7. Post-program group coaching will be on September 10, 2020, from 7:00m – 8:00 pm EST via ZOOM. While this session is not part of the training, it is as important to the success of cultivating your new healthy practice(s). This is the time for you to share your experiences with your RRT, any A-HA moments, and ask questions that can help you deepen your practice. Be on the lookout for emails that will provide the Zoom invite for this meeting.

      9. The cancellation fee is $25 up to 2 days of the training. No refund for any cancellations made within 2 days of the training.
