Thank you for joining the Self-care for Nurses: 30-Day Challenge!

Welcome, I’m so happy you decided to sign up and go through this challenge with me. Your first email will arrive tomorrow morning so please keep your eyes on your inbox!

This program was created as a 30-day self-care program to help you create easy-to-do self-care practices that you can do amid your crazy busy days. The goal of this program is to remind you to “take care of you.” Committing to this self-paced challenge is a first step toward practicing the self-care that you need.

If you haven’t already, feel free to join our Facebook group, “Great Nursing Shift” for support, encouragement, and a safe place to share your experiences.

What to expect:

Over the course of the 30-days, we will cover the importance of the following S.E.L.F. care skills: SLEEP, EXERCISE, LAUGHTER, FUEL (S.E.L.F.).

Each week you’ll receive an email with an introduction video discussing that week’s theme, a link with information to download, and a weekly calendar pdf for you to print out. This calendar will give you a daily prompt with a space to journal and reflect on that activity for each day of the week.

What you can do:

Enjoy the program. Try the prompts. No worries if you forget. It happens. Just go back to the ones you missed. As you know, the more you practice the skills, the more they will become a natural part of your self-care routine
