Day 1: Bye Bye Loneliness

If you’re feeling lonely, try doing something kind for someone else!

When you do an act of kindness, not only does it benefit the recipient, but it also helps you by giving you a purpose and the ability to create a connection!

Day 2: Lessen Your Stress

Try engaging in a hobby that you enjoy to reduce your stress & boost your happiness.

Choose something that can challenge you, teach you, and give you pleasure at the same time and find some relief!

Day 3: 30-Day Gratitude Journal Challenge

Gratitude Journals are an easy way to increase abundance, attention and appreciation.

A gratitude practice can enhance concentration, deepen relationships, boost happiness, increase appreciation, and improves success.

Day 4: What Went Well?

Is your focus on bad things weighing you down?

It may be time to retrain your brain by asking “what went well.” Try doing this for 30-days and you’ll begin to look for the good in people and situations.

Day 5: Send Love

Worried or concerned about someone?

Try sending some loving energy their way! How? Set an intention, think of the person, place your hand over your heart,  feel love for that person… and shift your loving energy their way.

Day 6: Pause to Reset

It’s time to give yourself space and time to think clearly and make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Give yourself permission to pause for two minutes to take deep breaths and feel deserving and present in the moment. Relax and reset before you make your choices!

Day 7: Feel Rich Now

Shift your mindset to abundance when you’re feeling lacking or like you don’t have enough.

Note your feelings, and refocus on what’s around you. Recognize the abundance that surrounds you and embrace it within you.

Bonus: Confidence Boost

Power poses are a great way to help overcome anxiety and fear.

Ready to try? Recognize your fear, notice your posture, take a break, stand up straight, raise your arms, and imagine yourself a winner!

Bonus: Teflon or Velcro

Are you Velcro or Teflon when it comes to negative emotions?

Negative emotions stick to those of us who are velcro while Teflon acknowledges the negative and then lets them slide so you can shift into more positivity and happiness.
