This unique summer program is designed to introduce life-long skills that boost concentration, relaxation, and self-esteem.

Kids will learn:

* gratitude practices
* mindfulness activities
* meditation
* relaxation exercises

About the program:
This 4 week program combines latest scientifically proven techniques from the practice of gratitude and mindfulness to introduce stress management and self-care skills to kids. Participants will learn to use these skills to overcome anxieties and insecurities, and build self-esteem.
Weekly activities offers a wide range of practices that: promote peace of mind, increase focus, and inspire confidence.

A randomized controlled study of 4th and 5th graders who participated in a mindfulness program experienced many benefits.  According to the Jan 26, 2015 issue of Time magazine, “Compared to the kids in the social responsibility program, children with the mindful intervention had 15% better math scores, showed 24% more social behaviors, were 24% less aggressive and perceived themselves as 20% more prosocial. They outperformed their peers in cognitive control, stress levels, emotional control, optimism, empathy, mindfulness, and aggression.”
